ST Properties
ST Residential, a division of Starwood Hotels, purchased over 35 bankrupt properties throughout the U.S. following the 2008 recession. After creating the brand for this new corporate entity, the ask was to create a brand for each defunct property—bringing them back to market to drive interest and excitement.
My role:
Partnering with a strategist/copywriter, led the creative direction and design for each property’s brand—creating the guidelines and art direction of go-to-market materials. Brand development included establishing photo direction and leading photoshoots, as well as collaborating with interior designers around the nation to design sales centers and events.
